We want you to love using our sunscreens and natural cosmetics. If you are unhappy for any reason, or have questions before, during, or after your order, please contact us at contact@suntribesunscreen.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assess each case individually and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If we issued a refund to you, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve issued your refund and you still haven´t received anything, please contact us at contact@suntribesunscreen.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We cannot accept returns as a general business policy. However in exceptional cases — if we have approved a return — you can return products at your own cost. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that our t-shirts are custom printed for each order and therefore cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we can also not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days at your own cost, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
